What is Parmon Coach?
Parmon Coach is management software for swim, triathlon, cycling and endurance clubs. It brings athletes, attendance, events, payments, retention and WhatsApp follow-up into one dashboard, with athlete and guardian portals. It is built by Parmontech.
Does it work if I coach several disciplines?
Yes. Each athlete has their own discipline — swim, road, MTB, triathlon — and plans, events and rankings filter by it.
How do I charge my athletes?
Create the plan, send the public payment link and the athlete pays. In Payments you see net, gross, fees and who is overdue.
How much does Parmon Coach cost?
The Base plan is $50 USD per month plus $0.99 USD per athlete payment, for up to 30 athletes and 3 users. The Pro plan is $100 USD per month plus $0.79 USD per payment, for up to 100 athletes and 10 users. The Club plan is custom. Every plan includes the first month free.
Do I have to leave WhatsApp?
No. Keep using it — surveys and answers are recorded on the athlete’s record instead of getting lost in the chat.
Can I migrate my spreadsheet?
Yes, with bulk imports. You can also send the intake form so each athlete completes their own data.
Is the club data mine?
Yes. Each club is isolated, you export athletes and payments whenever you want, and the assistant confirms with you before running any action.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes the first month free and no card is required to start. Setup is guided: you upload your team, define the billing plans and the events, and from there the follow-up runs on its own.
What is the difference between the Base, Pro and Club plans?
Base covers day-to-day operations: athletes, attendance, events, payment links, athlete portal, roles, to-do list and integrations. Pro adds WhatsApp with surveys and retention, the AI assistant in chat, analytics and discount codes. Club is custom and adds the pool module, the club store, the MCP connection, locations and club branding, and an executive report with guided support.
How many users can my team have?
Three on Base, ten on Pro and unlimited on Club. Roles and permissions exist from the Base plan, so each person on your team signs in with their own access instead of a shared account.
Do you take a commission on my athletes' fees?
No. We take no percentage of what your athletes pay. There is a fixed monthly fee for the plan and a flat rate on every payment you collect: $0.99 USD on Base and $0.79 USD on Pro. Payment gateway rates are separate and charged by the gateway.
Do athletes and guardians get their own access?
Yes. Athletes sign in to their portal and see their training, goals, events, ranking and payments. Guardians see their minor's payments, authorizations and attendance, with no access to the rest of the club.
How does the AI assistant work?
It answers questions about your club using its real data — for example which athletes are at risk of leaving and why, with the level, the reason and the date. It proposes the action and always asks for confirmation before running anything on payments or athletes. It is available in chat from the Pro plan.
Can I connect it to Claude or Cursor?
Yes, through MCP, on the custom Club plan. It lets you work with your club's data from your own tools instead of opening the dashboard.
Does it work for an academy with underage athletes?
Yes. Each minor can have a guardian with their own access, who sees their payments, authorizations and attendance, without seeing anything about the rest of the club.
Can I track training attendance?
Yes, from the Base plan: attendance sits alongside athletes and events, and shows up in each athlete's row and in the reports. The custom Club plan also adds a pool module.
Which currency do you charge in?
Colombian pesos. Plans are $200,000 COP per month for Base and $400,000 COP for Pro, plus the per-payment fee. The English version of this site shows equivalent prices in US dollars.
Is it available in Spanish and English?
Yes. The platform and this site are in Spanish and English, and the initial setup is walked through in whichever you prefer.
Can I export my club's data?
Yes. Athletes and payments export whenever you want, and the Club plan's executive report is exportable. Each club is isolated from the rest.
Who builds Parmon Coach?
Parmontech, a Colombian software company that builds and maintains its own platforms. Parmon Coach is one of its products.
